美国国防预算将首次达万亿美元
美国国防部长赫格塞思说，美国国防预算将首次达到1万亿美元（1.35万亿新元）。
赫格塞思星期一（4月7日）在社交媒体上写道：“即将到来：第一个万亿美元国防部预算。”
新华社引述赫格塞思说，特朗普政府“正在重建美国军队——而且是快速重建”。他还称，将“明智地”使用每一块钱，用于提升“杀伤力和战备能力”。
当天早些时候，美国总统特朗普在同以色列总理内坦亚胡会见时说，美国“已基本上批准”1万亿美元的国防预算，这将是美国迄今最高的年度国防预算。
2024年12月，时任美国总统拜登签署2025财年国防授权法案，当时公布的新财年国防预算为约8950亿美元。

In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
